holiday left one month..

bmt bmt bmt...coach now veri harsh keep make us run like sia

last time seniors training once in awhile run one round,now we just sec 1,run every training,somemore from 4 rounds increase to 6 rounds..

got one time recently we run 2 rounds,then sky veri dark then go abit rain.we ask coach if can do areobics,then dunno why he call us up.

amanda and kimheok say he veri angry,wan to scold us.

then go up,he say he saw us walking,nvr run.

but luckily i run wif jocelyn ea and yi zhen. so he cannot scold me :D

then he scold a bit,then ask us go downstain do sprinting, 30 times i think..

finish liao we go up,ask us go run 2 more rounds..! the sprinting add up supposed to be more than 2 rounds lo lor!..

then leg so numb and pain,stil hav to run..of course i fail lor.. go up,he say it was a test! pui arh.. then i fail :P who cares.. total we do 3 hrs of physical in 4 hours of training...the other group do one hour of physical only..then we do until like siao they dun believe...

yesterday actually can go out to celebrate kimkee bdae..but cause of my mum plus my sis.cannot go..

tmr got friendly wif northbrooks and maybe another sch

dun wan to play wif HER..

so damn pissed of...

just now my sis stil being an asshole...keep drinking all my h2o...wl,i carry so heavy come home,she happy happy just drink all...
